Ordered a WHOOP
It’s a sleep and activity tracker. On a wristband. Which I prefer to a ring (like Oura Ring).

By being more aware of a metric, you’re reminded what your goals are about that metric. For me, I want to improve sleep quality and schedule.
Fitness tracking would be good, too. I don’t get my heart pumping rapidly as much as I should. I just got a “body combat” VR workout game, which I’ve been playing everyday.
This could be a life changer. Or it could be a shiny new object. But some kind of tracker has been on my wishlist for awhile now.
