Caveday

Caveday
Back in April, I tried out Caveday, a platform for scheduling Zoom focus sessions with a group of other people wanting to work, and a group leader to facilitate the meeting. There are 1-hour and 3-hour “sprints”, with a check-in at the beginning in a 2-minute breakout room, and then stretching break at the end of each hour. It’s a great format, but when I tried it, I was too zoomed out with all the courses and workshops I was doing at the time. Now that I’m not taking any intensive courses and have more free time, but still procrastinating on my task list, I decided to start using Caveday again. Today, I knocked out almost my entire email inbox, which had been piling up for a week. I hope to leverage this at least once a day, so that I will be more likely to go to bed earlier without waiting until night to do my daily habit routines.
