3-day break from Ship Its and habits
Due to my LA trip, I missed 3 days of publishing my ship its. But I will go back and journal what I did for each day to make up for it.
I even broke some streaks for myMy daily tiny habits - long term (Part 1). I am staying up late tonight making up for some of them. I will count the days as skipped rather than missed. That way I don’t lose my streak. Then I can get back into my routine strongly. Otherwise it would be too demotivating.
Though, I have talked with my counselor about breaking the streaks, in order to get to bed earlier. I’m still very resistant to that idea, to set a time of day to have them finished by otherwise I don’t get to complete it.
