Wrecked sleep schedule
I stayed up to almost 5am yesterday. Had a 1.5hr nap. And now it's past 2am today. My sleep schedule is wrecked. Partly due to procrastination of my daily habits until before bed. Partly due to exciting new crypto investment stuff. This isn't good for my health. I want to be in the routine of going to bed at a decent time, and getting up relatively early the next morning, whenever I naturally wake up, without an alarm. So from now on, I will have a nightly alarm set. When it goes off, it basically means to wrap up whatever I'm doing, catch up on any habits I haven't completed yet (meditation, reading, pushups, etc.) then go to bed. I've tried something like that before without much success. But I really want to have a good match circadian pattern.
