BASB in improv practice (and Homework for Life)

Surprisingly, a few of my improv classmates and I continue to meet up and practice after our course ended a month ago. Today, I was telling them about BASB and Notion and Readwise. As one of them said, it kinda turned into a class where I was the teacher, and they were learning new stuff.

I also shared about Homework for Life. It’s a journaling practice where at the end of your day, you jot down a sentence or 2 about the most meaningful moment from your day. These stories capture your life in a way that is impossible to remember.
